Bubble of Safety (BOS) is the only small driving school in the area and the demand for high-quality, personalized driving instruction is huge. I'd love to welcome new driving instructors to work with me or support an instructor to open up their own small driving school (not a franchise).

Driving instructors provide thoughtful youth mentoring - like a physics tutor or guitar teacher, but in a car.
We are onboarding a kind and thoughtful driving instructor who is an extremely skilled driver and able to give calm and constructive feedback in the moment.
Candidates should be passionate about training safe and courteous future drivers.
Here are some qualities that we are looking for in our candidates:
Time spent with you makes people feel good.
You have attention to detail and uphold a strict standard of rules and safety.
You do the right thing always, even when nobody's watching.
You are dependable and organized.
Requirements:
Have or be willing to obtain a Driving Instructor License.
Complete additional BOS methods training to implement with fidelity.
Excited to work afternoons and weekends (20 hours/week, $36/hr).
